The ultimate goal is to develop therapeutics against these targets and to conduct clinical trials evaluating these drugs along with biomarkers with an eye to their eventual commercialization worldwide. Success in this venture will address pressing unmet medical needs and establish Hong Kong as a leading hub of innovative anti-cancer and immuno-oncology drug development.

Job responsibilities:

Applicants are expected to contribute to collaborative research projects focused on the discovery of cancer biomarkers using large-scale multi-omics approaches, organoid technologies, and novel animal models, as well as the development of anti-cancer or immuno-oncology drugs.

  • Extensive experience in molecular biology laboratory techniques, including mammalian cell culture, animal handling, mouse models and xenograft models

  • Experience with CRISPR Cas9 technology, high-throughput screening approaches, and single-cell sequencing technologies will be an asset

b)    Research Associate (Ref No. 103499/B)/ Research Assistant (Ref No. 103499/C)
